We had met with a variety of local agents before we decided to list with Todd. Our decision to choose Todd was based on his friendly, easy-going approach and his knowledge of the local market. He offered us good advice regarding price and presentation of our home. Todd is a very genuine person. He understood we had a young family (the kids really liked him and still ask about him!) and included them in the process. In an effort to sell our house and upgrade for our growing family I dealt with no less than 14 agents over 2 years and without a doubt Ben was the most professional, thoughtful and considerate agent that I dealt with. He was the only agent to ask me if there was an opportunity to be my selling agent and seemingly the only one to even take me seriously. When we were ready to sell our investment property in East Maitland we were looking for an agent with several (rather idealistic) characteristics. We wanted someone straightforward, a clear communicator, energetic and interested. This person turned out to be Todd. He had the ability to listen to our concerns and interests, and communicated his thoughts clearly. His interest in assisting us to sell the property extended to calling in regularly while we were renovating to give feedback and ideas. When he thought it would be helpful, he involved other staff to give their ideas. They all stayed involved till the house went on the market and maintained their interest. The outcome was no surprise really - an offer after the second open house, a marketing period of only three weeks. We kept in close touch right up to settlement day and found Todd's flow of information reassuring and helpful.
